The State of West Elizabeth in 1894

After the destruction caused by Hurricane Delilah, settlers are beginning to return to the Commonwealth, working to reclaim what was lost. Though resources are limited, their resolve remains strong. The land is damaged, rivers have dried up, and the fields lie fallow, but the settlers are ready to rebuild. They don’t expect much—just enough to get by and a bit of hope to carry them through the challenges ahead.

However, not everything is peaceful. The State of New Austin has been overrun by bandits, transforming it into a lawless area where danger is ever-present. These outlaws have taken what little remains and are spreading disorder across the region, threatening the already fragile stability.

But the settlers have not given up. Law enforcement is being re-established, with deputies returning to their roles, determined to restore order. The Doctor’s office is being repaired, and the Ranger Division is once again organizing to safeguard the five states. While the path to recovery is long, each step is a move toward securing the Commonwealth. The settlers understand the road ahead won’t be easy, but they are ready to work hard to rebuild and restore the land.
